Ursprünglich angesetzt für den 11. Mai 1995, wegen einer Erkrankung aber auf den September verschoben. Und Johnny Cash gab dann zwei ausverkaufte Konzerte am 28. September + 29. September (siehe Plakat) im Tempodrom. Das war der erste Auftritt.
Erinnerungen von "Sydowski"[Bearbeiten]
Höhepunkt war wohl die halbe Stunde, in der er alleine auf der Bühne stand und die Lieder der ersten "American Recordings"-CD spielte. Das Publikum war bunt gemischt, von Punks über Normalos bis zu Hermsdorfer Square-Dance-Cowboy-Vereinen war alles dabei.
